A Modern Day Grange

We call ourselves 'A Modern Day Grange' for good reason.

Founded in 1867, The Grange* is a national organization of local chapters.
A social organization and gathering place for the agricultural community at large, The Grange "encourages families to band together to promote the economic well-being of the community and agriculture." The Grange became the social fabric that made the loneliness of farming less tedious — a place where farmers often met their future spouses.

*Formal name: The National Grange of the Order of Patrons of Husbandry.
